Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all products and equipment are properly arranged before each appointment. Recommend appropriate spa services or treatment packages based on clients’ needs. Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communication at all times. Support the achievement of customer retention, service quality, and overall spa revenue targets. Deliver excellent customer service and create a comfortable, professional, and relaxing client experience. Follow established spa procedures, safety standards, and treatment protocols.
