You will support the end-to-end hiring process, help attract top talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Ibadan. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. Assist with employment documentation, offer preparation, and onboarding activities. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings. Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned. Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Support the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. Requirements: Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Proximity to Ring road and its environs. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field (or currently completing the program). 0–1 year of experience: in recruitment or HR is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and interview coordination.
