Requirements: B.Sc. or HND qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related construction discipline. Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience: supervising residential housing construction projects. Not more than 43 years of age. Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control skills Proven ability to manage multiple construction sites simultaneously. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, M&E, and other construction drawings. Good understanding of project costing, budgeting, and cost control. Ability to prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Project). Knowledge of AutoCAD or other construction software is an added advantage. Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
