Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Manage daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, receipts, and payments. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. Monitor call centre revenue, operational expenses, and cash flow. Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and payment records regularly. Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and expense reports. Monitor staff payroll, allowances, deductions, and other employee-related payments. Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and vendor accounts. Track client payments and follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure all financial transactions are properly authorised and documented. Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations. Prepare information and supporting documents required for audits and tax filings.
