Daily and monthly wholesale sales targets must be met. Familiarity with the sourcing processes for new, used, inventory, and export mobile phones is preferred. Main Responsibilities: Wholesale Sales and Customer Development: Responsible for developing wholesale business for mobile phones, accessories, and smart digital products. Proactively connect with offline stores, individual merchants, regional agents, and maintain relationships with repeat customers to steadily expand wholesale channels and continuously increase sales and customer numbers. Order Processing, Quotation, and Order Follow-up: Based on market conditions, purchase prices, and inventory status, accurately quote wholesale prices to customers; connect with customers to confirm models, colors, configurations, and quantities; follow up on orders throughout the process; handle customer inquiries, price negotiations, and after-sales inquiries to ensure successful order completion. Inventory Verification and Merchandise Management: Daily verification of mobile phone inventory, including new phones, used phones, and clearance stock. Familiarity with the configurations, prices, advantages, and disadvantages of each model is essential. Timely reporting of out-of-stock, slow-moving, and overstocked models is crucial. Assistance in compiling inventory lists is also vital to prevent order errors, omissions, and incorrect shipments. Market Trend Tracking: Real-time monitoring of local mobile phone wholesale market price fluctuations, popular models, trending models, and slow-moving models is essential. Timely updates to price lists are necessary, and sales strategies are adjusted based on market changes to ensure price competitiveness and high sales conversion rates. Customer Maintenance and After-Sales Service: Maintaining long-term wholesale clients and fostering positive customer relationships are crucial. Regular follow-ups with existing clients are necessary to encourage repeat purchases and referrals. Simple handling of product quality issues, exchanges, and after-sales communication is essential to reduce customer churn.
