Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers in selecting clothing, footwear, bags, accessories, and other fashion items based on their preferences and needs. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques. Arrange, replenish, and merchandise products on shelves and display racks. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat patronage. Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards. Stay informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge, and styling recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Assist with stock receiving, tagging, pricing, and periodic inventory counts. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally. Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, discounts, and ongoing promotional campaigns. Monitor stock levels and promptly report low or damaged inventory. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. 1–2 years' experience: in retail sales, preferably in a fashion boutique or clothing store. Minimum of SSCE / WAEC; OND or higher qualification is an added advantage. Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, presentable, and fashion-conscious. Salary N50,000 per month.
