You will work closely with the executive team to: Enhance customer experience: and adoption. Drive product innovation and profitability. Ensure products are competitive, compliant, and scalable in Nigeria’s fast-evolving financial services landscape. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Design, Data, and Technology — ensuring that what we build creates measurable value for customers, partners, and the business. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Vision: Stay ahead of regulatory requirements: and competitive dynamics in Nigeria. Define and deliver Renmoney’s ecosystem product strategy, balancing growth, profitability, and risk. Translate market opportunities into scalable product roadmaps across lending, banking services, insurance, remittances, payments, and lifestyle. Product Development & Execution: Lead the design and rollout of customer-centric products tailored to Nigeria’s retail segments. Establish robust product governance and compliance processes. Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital channels to improve efficiency and customer experience. Champion research, data analytics, and customer feedback to shape product decisions. Ecosystem & Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, telcos, insurers, remittance providers, and lifestyle platforms. Develop cross-sell, bundled, and embedded finance opportunities that expand customer value. Negotiate favorable commercial terms that balance growth and cost efficiency. Leadership & Performance: Partner with Risk, Finance, and Collections to optimize pricing, yields, impairments, and capital allocation. Track and report KPIs: adoption, profitability, NPS/CSAT, revenue contribution, and ecosystem expansion. Lead and grow a high-performing product team with a culture of accountability, innovation, and delivery. Requirements: Strong leadership skills: strategic thinker, clear communicator, collaborative, commercially minded. Experience: with AI, automation, and data-driven product management. Ability to link product outcomes directly to P&L impact (CAC, LTV, NPS, churn). 10+ years of product leadership experience: (including Head of Product, VP Product, or CPO), ideally in financial services, fintech, or microfinance.
