SEP Instructor Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 5 years Location Lagos Job Field Aviation / Aerospace Job role Conduct regulated ground/ classroom training and drills as authorized by the authority. Conduct regular classroom evaluations including competency checks. Conduct regular evaluation, assessment, and line checks on both SCCMs and CCMs Identify trends and training review that may lead to development of course(s) Conduct regulated practical training on the aircraft type. Conduct Line trainer, SCCM and CCM line training, including coaching. Monitor safety and service standards. Participate in the production of training and multimedia if required. Conduct other cabin service-related training. Assist with any other duties in cabin services department as required. Must have skills Communication Coaching and Mentoring Leadership Decision making skills Problem solving skills Interpersonal skills Good to have skills Computer literacy Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree or an equivalent HND (Higher National Diploma) At least 5 years' experience: as an operating senior cabin crew member.
