The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office's IT infrastructure by providing end-user support, maintaining networks and systems, supporting security and communication technologies, and contributing to a secure and efficient technology environment. Job Details Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral devices. Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 applications. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewall connectivity. Assist in maintaining office IT infrastructure and perform routine preventive maintenance. Support CCTV systems, biometric access control, and time attendance systems. Monitor and maintain UPS units, inverter systems, and other IT-related power infrastructure. Provide support for IP telephony and communication systems. Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and documentation. Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and warranty support. Apply security updates and patches while adhering to cybersecurity policies and IT governance standards. Escalate infrastructure and security issues where necessary and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
