We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Human Resources Manager (Male) Job Location: Mile 2, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will oversee payroll, HR operations, labour relations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws. Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll administration and HR operations. Ensure compliance with statutory remittances (PAYE, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NHF). Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies. Manage union and industrial relations, including employee grievances. Oversee expatriate documentation and regulatory compliance. Maintain employee records, welfare, and performance-related HR processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience: in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of payroll, labour law, statutory compliance, and union management. Experience: in the plastic, sack, packaging, or FMCG industry is an added advantage. CIPM certification is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems. Preferred Candidate: Male. Salary N300,000 – N450,000 Net / Month.
