The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with prior experience: in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry being highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely feedback. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure timely collection of customer payments in accordance with company policies. Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent after-sales service. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A valid driver's licence is an added advantage. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to the Lekki Free Zone axis, Lagos, if not already residing within the area. Preferred Experience: CareerResources & Planning Previous experience: in FMCG sales. Experience: managing distributor and retail accounts.
