Identify and convert prospects into long-term depositors, opening new savings, fixed deposit, and investment accounts. Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly deposit targets. Guide clients on suitable deposit products and financial services that match their needs. Key Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum of SSCE / WASSCE, OND, or HND in any relevant field. Experience: 0–2 years of proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or field marketing (microfinance or financial services background is an advantage, but ambitious entry-level candidates are welcome). Location: Must reside on or very close to Lagos Island (e.g., Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Onikan, Obalende). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel). Good problem-solving abilities and a target-driven mindset. High level of integrity, professional work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service.
