Jumbo Health & Wellness is looking for a detail-oriented, proactiveLogistics Officerto keep our products moving efficiently, accurately, and on time. You'll be the link between our warehouse and branches across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, ensuring stock gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. Key Responsibilities: Own Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate waybills, delivery notes, and transfer records; prepare regular logistics reports tracking delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and incidents. Liaise Across Teams: Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales, Technical, and Warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues and respond to stock needs. Ensure Compliance: Enforce company policies and standardized processes across all stock handling and movement; maintain clear audit trails. Manage Risk: Proactively flag potential delays, shortages, or losses, and escalate with recommended solutions. Coordinate Stock Movement: Manage the flow of products between the warehouse and branches; ensure timely replenishment based on stock levels and approved requisitions. Support Warehouse Operations: Verify stock quantity and condition before dispatch and on receipt; support stock counts and reconciliation. Manage Deliveries & Fleet: Plan efficient delivery routes and schedules; supervise drivers and logistics assistants; monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel; oversee third-party logistics providers. What We're Looking For Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solve problems under pressure. Experience: with inter-state distribution is an advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 2–4 years of experience: in logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations (retail or multi-branch experience: preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field N200,000 – N300,000 per month (Depending on experience).
