The Shift Production Manager will oversee daily shop floor operations across the entire Aluminium extrusion production chain from the melting of Aluminium scrap to the packaging of finished aluminium profiles. This role ensures that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality, while driving continuous improvement and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Reduce downtime and material wastage through lean practices Train and guide operators on SOPs and quality requirements. Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and QA teams Maintain accurate shift reports and handover summaries Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the shopfloor Supervise all production activities during your assigned shift Allocate manpower and oversee operator performance Monitor production output and take corrective actions as needed Requirements: 2-3 years of experience: in a manufacturing shift leadership or shift supervisor role. HND / B.Sc in Engineering or related technical field. Excellent team coordination, discipline enforcement, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of shop floor operations, lean manufacturing practices & TPM methodologies. Must be results-driven with strong attention to safety and output targets.
