Key Responsibilities: Monitor fuel usage and logistics expenses, ensuring proper documentation and cost control. Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and material usage. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company transport policies. Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and site supervisors to resolve logistics challenges. Plan, organize, and oversee the transportation and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction sites. Manage fleet operations, vehicle scheduling, and maintenance tracking. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure timely supply of resources. Support the procurement process by following up on supplier deliveries and ensuring materials meet quality and quantity specifications.
