Key Responsibilities: Run weekly planning and operational check-in meetings. Provide regular operational reports to the CEO and promptly escalate significant risks. Professional qualification/certification in project or operations management is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and process-improvement mindset. 4–6 years’ relevant experience: in operations, agency/project delivery, client services, or a similar environment.
