Identify and generate new customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and other channels. Explain loan and investment products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, returns, and repayment schedules to customers. Receive and process loan applications while ensuring required documentation is complete. Conduct preliminary customer assessments and verify relevant information. Follow up on loan applications and prospective customers. Monitor customer repayments and follow up on outstanding obligations where necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Meet and exceed assigned customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and marketing targets.
