Maintain accurate shipment documentation including waybills, manifests, receipts, and proof of delivery. Support revenue collection and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for. Handle customer complaints, claims, and inquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Promote GUO Logistics services by maintaining a positive and professional image in all customer interactions.
