The Tech Specialist will own the end-to-end technical delivery of our field and internal solutions. You will use approved AI coding tools and development agents to accelerate architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Responsibilities: Product & Software Development — 40%: Design, build, and maintain mobile, web, backend, and data solutions. Develop reliable digital workflows that support both online and offline use. Build scalable, maintainable features that support operational and business requirements. Contribute to the technical architecture and ongoing evolution of the platform. Design secure and scalable data models, APIs, and integration patterns. Ensure reliable data synchronization, validation, and consistency across systems. Engineering Productivity & AI — 10%: Support the platform’s growth from early-stage deployment to large-scale operations. Use modern development tools, including approved AI-assisted engineering tools, to improve delivery speed and quality. Apply strong engineering standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability. Review and validate all code and technical outputs before production release. Advanced full-stack engineering across mobile, web, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Strong experience: with Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or another Android-capable framework. Strong experience: with React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or a comparable web framework. Strong backend experience: using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, Go, or a comparable production stack.
