Develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies that promote equal access and participation for women, persons with disabilities, youth, and other underserved groups. Conduct community outreach, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities to attract qualified programme applicants. Screen applications, verify eligibility, and assess candidates against programme criteria and selection requirements. Coordinate assessments, interviews, and selection activities, ensuring a fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment process. Collaborate with programme teams and stakeholders to support candidate evaluation, selection decisions, and onboarding activities. Ensure the consistent application of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) principles throughout all recruitment and selection processes. Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and selection databases while ensuring data quality, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection requirements. Manage the recruitment database and generate regular reports on application volumes, selection outcomes, diversity metrics, and programme performance. Respond to candidate enquiries, manage recruitment-related grievances, and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Engage with community leaders, training providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to strengthen beneficiary outreach and programme participation. Monitor recruitment performance against programme targets and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. Prepare timely recruitment reports, programme updates, and donor reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with donor regulations, programme guidelines, safeguarding policies, and organisational standards. Perform any other duties assigned to support the successful implementation of the iDICE BPO South-West Programme. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience: in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce development, programme implementation, or a related role. Experience: working on donor-funded programmes, workforce development initiatives, or BPO recruitment is an added advantage.
