We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice Principal Admin to join our educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal in overseeing the administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and contributing to the overall success of our students and staff. Oversee and manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations across all departments Manage school budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with local and national educational regulations and policies Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of teaching and non-teaching staff Facilitate professional development programs for staff and faculty Coordinate and supervise student disciplinary procedures and attendance management Collaborate with teachers and department heads to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices Implement and oversee school safety and emergency procedures Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and strategic plans Qualifications Understanding of curriculum development and implementation strategies Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff Ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes and implement innovative practices Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Must reside in Benin City.
