Replace the Senior Warehouse Coordinator during his leave and for duty rotation on week ends Coordinating and maintaining material and equipment. Ensure vendors’ deliveries are received and checked with end users Organize and maintain inventory and storage area Keep the work area clean and tidy Prepare Mini-Max, security stocks and automatic reorders Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Respect of basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Follow receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials: Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy Good and safe storekeeping Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. Ensure 100% of items are physically counted at least once per year Prepare inventory as requested by the Senior Warehouse Coordinator Assist the Senior Warehouse Coordinator to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods Prepare any necessary documentation, especially ORACLE reports and dispatch them properly Prepare report on mini-max levels and automatic reorders plan on a weekly basis Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status Ensure proper respect of HSE rules and requirements, housekeeping and maintenance Jointly work with the Senior Warehouse Coordinator to Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance. Handle stock movements in ORACLE Control full accuracy between documentation, deliveries and dispatches Assist the Senior Warehouse Coordinator to identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
