Work with vendors and internal teams. End‑to‑end order and fulfillment management Oversee daily order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and handover to logistics partners; ensure orders move smoothly from vendor to customer and meet agreed delivery timelines. Onboard and manage local vendors and suppliers; visit markets and warehouses to enforce quality and service standards; handle vendor performance, lead times, and real‑time issue resolution on the ground. Logistics and delivery coordination Coordinate with in‑house riders and 3PLs to plan routes, manage delivery windows, and track on‑time performance; resolve failed deliveries, address issues, and cash‑on‑delivery challenges unique to Lagos. Inventory, reporting, and process improvement Monitor stock levels, run inventory and operations reports, and reconcile system vs. physical stock; define SOPs, track KPIs (cycle time, on‑time delivery, stockouts, returns, cost per order), and lead continuous improvement projects. Customer experience: and cross‑functional collaboration Act as the main link between Cusorcart, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams (support, marketing, finance, tech); resolve operational issues that affect customers and improve post‑purchase experience. What you bring Experience: 2+ years in operations or marketplace management. Leadership & people management setting direction, delegating, coaching, resolving conflict, and keeping teams motivated. Data analysis & decision‑making reading dashboards, interpreting KPIs, and turning data into actionable decisions (e.g., cost, throughput, SLAs). Financial awareness budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and basic understanding of P&L impacts of operational choices. Problem‑solving & critical thinking diagnosing root causes, evaluating options, and implementing fixes under pressure. Organization & attention to detail tracking multiple tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
