The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging organisations seeking employee upskilling, workforce development, and technology training solutions. Working closely with our sister company, which delivers industry-aligned training across Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging technologies, you will position our training solutions as a strategic learning and workforce-development partner. This is a senior, target-driven role covering the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, closing, client onboarding, account management, and growth. The position is full-time and on-site in Lagos, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience: in B2B business development, corporate sales, partnership development, enterprise sales, consulting, SaaS, or professional services. Proven ability to generate leads, build qualified sales pipelines, progress opportunities, and close B2B deals. Experience: selling training, education, technology, consulting, SaaS, or professional services is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience: managing corporate or enterprise clients and developing long-term business relationships. Coordinate client onboarding and work with internal teams to ensure effective programme delivery.
