We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Media and Communication Officer Location: Nigeria Job Summary We are seeking to hire a dedicated and dynamic Media and Communication Officer to support and strengthen our Clubfoot Program. Key Responsibilities: Manage the TSCF website using WordPress, including content updates, user experience: (UX), and SEO. Design and implement effective communication strategies for the Foundation's Clubfoot Program. Provide technical advice and communication support to the CEO, Program Manager, and other program staff. Produce AI-powered animation videos for campaigns and donor engagement. Document program activities and beneficiary stories through photographs, videos, and written articles. Support effective communication and coordination between the Foundation and Nigeria Clubfoot partners. Collaborate with MiracleFeet on the development and review of communication materials for the Clubfoot Program. Maintain TSCF brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging. Develop and execute digital campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Design communication materials such as reports, flyers, presentations, and infographics. Promote and enhance the visibility of the Foundation's Clubfoot Program through social media engagement and community networks. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of progress, monitoring, and evaluation reports in line with internal and donor requirements. Manage the content calendar, community engagement, and analytics. Qualifications and Experience: Strong writing, reporting, and documentation skills, with experience: preparing donor or program reports. A minimum of three (3) years' professional experience: in communication, advocacy, or program support, preferably within the NGO or development sector. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience: working on health, disability, or child-focused programs is an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage. Demonstrated experience: in media advocacy campaigns. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other similar media production and editing tools. Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, website management, and graphic design.
