Drive sales of holiday club memberships, resort memberships, and holiday packages. Generate and convert leads through marketing campaigns and partnerships. Conduct sales presentations and close membership sales. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training. Use CRM systems and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and reporting. Prepare sales and marketing performance reports. Marketing & sales of other products/services by the company Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in holiday club, resort membership, hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership sales. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Proven team leadership experience. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience working in a structured, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and AI-powered productivity tools. Key Success Measures: Achievement of sales targets.
