The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive team productivity and achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals. Monitor daily team performance and prepare reports for management. Ensure high-quality customer service and prompt issue resolution. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
