Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and drive the Foundation's vision and growth. Work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals. Lead fundraising, donor engagement, and revenue-generation initiatives. Develop and manage strategic partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Oversee day-to-day operations, programmes, and organizational performance. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and risk management requirements. Serve as the Foundation's primary spokesperson and advocate. Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and community partners. Increase awareness and visibility of the Foundation and its mission. Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers. Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven organizational culture.
