To lead and drive the sales and marketing of petroleum products (including diesel, petrol, lubricants, and related energy solutions), ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and environmental consultancy teams to deliver integrated solutions. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market share across industrial, commercial, and marine sectors. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management. Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets in petroleum product marketing and supply. Strong knowledge of Nigerian downstream petroleum sector. Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is an advantage. Familiarity with environmental consultancy and pollution control is an added advantage. Proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition.
