Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abeokuta & Ogun State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Manage HR operations, employee records, onboarding, and exits. Coordinate payroll and ensure statutory compliance (PAYE, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NHF). Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and union activities. Support expatriate documentation and compliance. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of payroll, Nigerian Labour Law, statutory compliance, and industrial relations. Experience in plastic, packaging, sack manufacturing, or FMCG is an added advantage. CIPM certification is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
