We are seeking a Partnerships Manager on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to drive high-level ecosystem growth and elevate our institutional profile. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of strategic relationships across universities, corporate CSR departments, development agencies, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Ecosystem Engagement: Pitch and negotiate co-branded activations, sponsored student/youth cohorts, and strategic alignment opportunities. Serve as the principal representative of the brand at institutional roundtables, corporate meetings, and ecosystem events. Identify, map, and approach decision-makers across universities, corporate CSR arms, development finance institutions (DFIs), multilateral agencies, and commercial banks. Deal Structuring & Pipeline Management: Pitch, structure, and secure formal partnership agreements (MOUs, SLAs, and sponsorship contracts) aligned with financial and growth targets. Collaborate with program teams to ensure sponsored cohorts and institutional commitments are seamlessly executed. Build and manage a structured pipeline of institutional prospects, maximizing pitch-to-close efficiency within a 3-day workweek. Partner Retention & Stewardship: Nurture key accounts through regular reporting, impact metrics, and value demonstration to ensure high renewal rates. Secure institutional endorsements and backing that bolster overall brand authority and market trust. Qualification and Skills Experience: 4+ years of business development, corporate partnerships, fundraising, or B2B sales experience: in Nigeria ( experience: pitching to corporates, banks, or development agencies required). Time Management: Highly organized with exceptional capability to prioritize high-value leads and move deals forward efficiently within a part-time model. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Strong track record of structuring formal agreements, co-funding deals, or corporate sponsorships. Network: An active network of contacts across Nigerian corporate CSR teams, academic institutions, DFIs, or financial institutions. Remuneration Base Salary: N300,000 gross per month. Incentives: Commission or quarterly performance bonuses tied to deal values closed and sponsored cohorts secured. Executive meeting and field travel allowances.
