We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and quality-driven Production Assistant to support its production operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microbiology and a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience: in food or beverage production. Preferred Candidate: We are seeking a proactive and dependable professional with a Microbiology background and proven experience: in food production or beverage manufacturing. Candidates who are passionate about quality, safety, continuous improvement, and efficient production processes are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Ensure production activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Monitor production processes and report any deviations or equipment issues promptly. Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets. Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies. Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Assist in minimizing production waste and improving operational efficiency. Assist in the daily production of beverages and other products in accordance with approved procedures. Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or HND in Microbiology or a closely related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to quality. Knowledge of quality control procedures and production documentation. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in food or beverage production. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Working Days & Hours: Break: One-hour break daily. Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
