Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Executive level Experience Length: 15 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Direct the day-to-day business and operational management of the center Provide executive oversight of the Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, Admin, Legal & IT, and Procurement functions Develop and implement operational policies, budgets and performance-management systems Ensure efficient utilisation of clinical, human and financial resources Oversee facility management, regulatory licensing and administrative compliance Drive cost control and revenue-cycle optimisation in partnership with Finance & Accounts Champion patient experience and operational service standards across the center Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategy with Human Resources Report to the Managing Director on operational performance and business KPIs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Health/Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA/MHA) is an advantage Minimum of 15 years' experience in hospital or healthcare operations management Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. Nigerian Institute of Management, Healthcare Federation of Nigeria) is an advantage Demonstrated experience managing multi-department operations and budgets Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
