We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Skilled Videographer / Video Content Creator Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Part-time Role Summary We are seeking a creative and skilledVideographer/Video Content Creatorresponsible for developing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that strengthens the brand, supports marketing campaigns, increases audience engagement, and contributes to measurable business growth across social media, digital, and offline channels. Key Responsibilities: Edit videos using strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and visual effects. Manage multiple video projects while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards. Organise and maintain video footage, project files, raw materials, and other creative assets. Cover in-store activities, events, activations, campaigns, and other brand-related experiences. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand & Growth Manager to develop content that supports campaign objectives and KPIs. Ensure all video content aligns with the company's visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines. Produce product demonstrations, promotional videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer- experience: videos. Review video performance and audience insights to identify opportunities for improving future content. Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok,and other relevant platforms. Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content opportunities. Develop creative and engaging video concepts aligned with the brand, products, campaigns, and marketing objectives. Create trend-based and culturally relevant content that drives reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platform-specific versions. Develop performance-driven video advertisements designed to support customer acquisition and marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree Ability to create strong hooks and compelling visual narratives. Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative and effective video concepts. A portfolio demonstrating previous video production and editing work is required. Proficiency in video editing software such asAdobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Basic knowledge of colour grading, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics. Strong knowledge of short-form social media content and current content trends. Proven experience: in videography, video production, and video editing. 3-5 years working experience. Strong visual storytelling and creative content development skills.
