Coordinate clinical and non-clinical departments and promote effective teamwork. Drive excellent patient experience, service quality and operational efficiency. Manage hospital resources, budgets, procurement, inventory and equipment. Oversee HMO/insurance operations, revenue collection and cost control. Lead workforce planning, performance management and staff productivity. Ensure compliance, quality assurance, risk management and patient safety. Monitor hospital performance using relevant KPIs and management reports. Develop strategic partnerships, referral networks and business-growth opportunities.
