Min Qualification: MBA / MSc Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 8 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure efficient service delivery. Coordinate clinical and non-clinical departments and promote effective teamwork. Drive excellent patient experience, service quality and operational efficiency. Manage hospital resources, budgets, procurement, inventory and equipment. Oversee HMO/insurance operations, revenue collection and cost control. Lead workforce planning, performance management and staff productivity. Ensure compliance, quality assurance, risk management and patient safety.
