Job Responsibilities: Manage school fees records and reconcile payments. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic financial reports. Process payments, receipts, invoices, and other financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations. Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation. Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking. Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries where applicable. Requirements: Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience: working in a school or educational institution is an added advantage. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. Minimum of 1–3 years' experience: in accounting or bookkeeping. Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc / B.Tech.) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
