Monitor drivers, vehicles, routes, schedules, and trip activities. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available for operations. Track vehicle movement and ensure adherence to assigned routes and schedules. Liaise with drivers, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other operational activities.
