The Lead -Funding & Institutional Banking will lead the company's funding mobilisation, institutional relationships, HNI/affluent client acquisition, strategic partnerships and business development initiatives required to support the company's lending and on-lending growth. Core Responsibilities: Funding & Capital Mobilisation: Achieve ₦3 billion in lender commitments during the quarter to support loan portfolio growth. Develop strategic relationships with potential wholesale funding partners. Develop and execute strategies to mobilise substantial funding from HNIs, affluent individuals, corporates, financial institutions, banks and other institutional sources. Identify new funding channels and structures to diversify the company's funding base. Maintain strong relationships with existing funders and institutional partners. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional funding partners and lenders. Wealth & HNI Relationship Management: Build and manage a portfolio of HNIs, affluent individuals, business owners and senior executives. Leverage an existing network of high-value clients to generate deposits/funding opportunities. Develop tailored financial solutions based on clients' liquidity, investment and financing needs. Grow the company's high-value customer base and wallet share. Corporate & Institutional Banking: Acquire and manage relationships with corporates, banks, financial institutions and institutional clients. Develop partnerships that provide access to new funding sources and lending opportunities. Identify opportunities to deepen relationships across the company's lending and financial products. SME Lending & Ecosystem Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships that generate qualified SME loan origination opportunities. Build relationships with associations, fintechs, platforms, aggregators and business ecosystems that provide access to SME borrowers. Achieve SME loan originations through ecosystem partnerships. B2B Growth: Acquire and activate B2B clients for the Vida Recovery Product. Develop strategic distribution and referral partnerships. Build a sustainable B2B acquisition pipeline.
