We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven sales leader to spearhead business growth and revenue generation across Nigeria. Responsibilities: Drive market expansion and new client acquisition across the hospitality sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecast. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Lead, coach, and manage the in-country sales team. Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and team KPIs. Lead enterprise software/ERP solution sales from prospecting through to closure.
