Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, commercial, and management positions. Develop effective sourcing strategies for skilled personnel within the petrochemical and manufacturing sectors. Manage onboarding, orientation, probation, and employee integration processes. Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and applicable labour laws. Oversee salary structures, employee benefits, allowances, and other compensation-related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian employment and labour regulations. Manage statutory HR documentation and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies where necessary. Ensure proper documentation of employee records, contracts, disciplinary actions, and other HR matters. Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual learning and development plans. Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and HR policy development. Preferred Requirements: Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent. Previous experience: in a petrochemical, lubricant manufacturing, refinery, oil & gas, or industrial manufacturing company. Knowledge of HSE and industrial workforce practices will be an advantage.
