Maintenance Personnel Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND Experience: Location Lagos Job Field Engineering / Technical Summary We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Personnel to ensure the proper upkeep of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and fittings. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of tools and supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in setting up equipment or facilities for events and functions. Report major maintenance issues or hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas. Support other departments with technical assistance as required. Qualifications & Skills OND, HND, or vocational/technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related field. Proven experience: in hotel, facility, or property maintenance (preferred). Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety procedures. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and work in varying conditions. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
