Implement, monitor, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure timely hiring of suitable talent. Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary processes, exits, and other employee lifecycle activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving workplace issues professionally and fairly. Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, statutory requirements, and health and safety regulations. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and employee development initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files. Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programmes. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave administration, and workforce discipline. Partner with factory management to support workforce planning, productivity, and operational objectives. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Minimum of 4- 5 years' progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role. Experience: within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, or factory environment is highly desirable. Experience: managing a predominantly blue-collar workforce will be an added advantage.
