Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures. Conduct inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform quality tests, measurements, and evaluations in accordance with approved specifications. Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and defects, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Monitor production and operational processes to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Investigate customer complaints related to product or service quality and support root cause analysis. Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and other departments to improve quality performance. Participate in internal and external quality audits and support audit readiness. Monitor calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment. Conduct quality awareness and training sessions for employees when required. Experience: with quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.
