Strategic Financial Leadership * Partner with the executive leadership team to shape and execute business strategy. * Provide forward-looking financial insights to support growth initiatives. * Lead financial planning aligned with corporate objectives. * Drive value creation through improved profitability, capital efficiency, and cost optimization. 2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) * Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning. * Provide financial modelling for strategic initiatives, investments, and acquisitions. * Deliver actionable insights through data analytics and business performance reviews. * Monitor key financial metrics including revenue growth, margin, and cash flow. 3. Business Partnering * Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders. * Translate financial data into operational insights. * Support pricing strategies, product profitability, and market expansion decisions. * Drive accountability for financial performance across departments. 4. Financial Control & Governance * Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS or GAAP. * Maintain strong internal control frameworks. * Oversee external audits and regulatory compliance. * Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards. 5. Cash Flow, Treasury & Capital Management * Optimize working capital management. * Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and liquidity planning. * Manage funding strategies and capital structure. * Support capital allocation decisions. 6. Risk Management & Compliance * Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks. * Ensure tax compliance and effective tax planning. * Maintain enterprise risk management frameworks. 7. Leadership & Team Development * Build and lead a high-performing finance team. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Develop future finance leaders through mentoring and coaching.
