We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit & Control Executive to support the organization in strengthening internal controls, identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and improving financial and operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare audit findings, reports, and supporting documentation. Monitor internal controls and identify risks, irregularities, and control gaps. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all audit activities. Review transactions, ledger postings, credit activities, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. Support fraud investigations and follow up on identified exceptions. Recommend process improvements and corrective actions. Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct routine audits and reviews of financial and operational processes. Requirements: Experience: with accounting or financial reporting systems is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience: in Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, or a related area. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA is an added advantage. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment. Good Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control processes. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
