The Office Hilux Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of staff, documents, and materials using the company’s Toyota Hilux. You will also support general office errands, logistics, and ensure the vehicle is well maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Support: Assist with loading and offloading of materials when needed, Support admin team with field logistics during events, site visits, and deliveries. Maintain accurate trip logs: mileage, fuel consumption, destinations, passengers. Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to all traffic rules, company HSE policies, and driving standards, Maintain confidentiality of staff and company information. Be punctual, courteous, and presentable at all times, Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and vendors. Driving & Transportation: Safely convey staff, visitors, and management to meetings, sites, airports, and other official engagements. Transport documents, parcels, and light goods as directed. Run official errands: bank runs, fuel purchase, courier services, procurement pickups Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Ensure daily checks: fuel level, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights before each trip. Keep the Hilux clean, inside and outside, at all times, Report defects, damages, and schedule servicing promptly, Maintain vehicle documents: insurance, road worthiness, driver’s license, logbook Requirements: Education: Minimum SSCE / O’Level certificate Knowledge: Good knowledge of roads and routes. Defensive driving training is an advantage Key Attributes: Clean driving record, no history of accidents or traffic violations, Trustworthy and discreet, Ability to handle pressure and tight schedules, Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills. Skills: Good communication, reliability, honesty, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends License: Valid Nigerian driver’s license. Class C preferred Experience: 3+ years proven driving experience, preferably with a Hilux, pickup, or 4x4 in a corporate setting Other: Must be physically fit and able to lift light loads.
