The ideal candidate should have some practical legal experience, particularly in Service Level Agreement (SLA) drafting and contract review, with a good understanding of corporate and commercial law. The successful candidate will assist with drafting and reviewing SLAs, contracts, and other legal documents, while supporting the organisation in identifying contractual risks and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in identifying and escalating potential legal and contractual risks. Support the review of client, vendor, and service provider agreements. Provide general legal support and perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognised university. Must be a currently serving NYSC Corp Member with at least 10 months remaining in the service year. Minimum of 6 months – 1 year of relevant legal experience: is preferred. Practical experience: in SLA drafting and contract review is required. Basic knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law. Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
