In this role, you will manage mobile inventory, visit paint dealers, stockists, and distributors, replenish stocks, and secure cash sales on delivery. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FieldSales Representative to drive sales and product distribution across retail channels in Port Harcourt and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Monitor competitor pricing, product availability, and dealer feedback across major Port Harcourt building materials markets. Manage, showcase, and distribute paint product lines directly from the company sales van. Solicit purchase orders, negotiate volume orders, and ensure product visibility at dealer shops. Conduct strict Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions, reconciling daily inventory with cleared sales payments. Conduct daily field visits to assigned trade routes, servicing existing paint stockists and onboarding new retail dealers. Requirements: & Qualifications 1–3 years of hands-on van sales or trade distribution experience: ( experience: in FMCG, building materials, or paint manufacturing is a strong advantage). Minimum of SSCE/ OND / HND / B.Sc. in anyrelated field. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and cash-handling skills.
