This role combines day-to-day operations with strategic planning ensuring our sites remain safe, efficient, compliant, and aligned with the highest operational standards while supporting the expansion of our healthcare network. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and highly organized Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our facilities across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Maintenance & Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing facilities for efficiency, safety and aesthetics. Oversee and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all facilities, equipment and infrastructure. Develop and enforce maintenance schedules, tracking systems and reporting mechanisms. Operations & Systems Management: Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements. Establish and oversee operational systems, including cleaning, waste management, security, environmental monitoring, and other support services. Set and enforce SOPs for facility upkeep across all locations. New Facility Development: Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on time. Drive implementation and fit-out of new facilities in line with Company standards. Support location scouting, evaluation and due diligence for both greenfield & brownfield sites. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Source, evaluate and manage contractors and service providers. Maintain strong relationships with landlords, relevant environmental regulators and local authorities. Negotiate contracts and monitor service level agreements (SLAs). Organizational Contribution: Provide regular reporting on facility performance, risks and improvement initiatives. Uphold and continuously improve execution standards across facilities and operations. Contribute to the broader organizational strategy for operational excellence. Qualifications & Experience: Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, HSE standards, and regulatory compliance. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline. 3 -5 years' experience: in facilities management, operations, maintenance, or a similar role. Experience: in healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or retail environments is an added advantage. Excellent project management, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and locations in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience: managing contractors, vendors, and facility improvement or fit-out projects.
