The role requires daily market coverage using a motorcycle to reach customers efficiently and expand distribution across the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution: Generate orders from existing customers and ensure timely fulfillment. Expand product distribution by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the assigned territory. Maintain optimum stock levels across assigned customer outlets. Drive market penetration and increase product visibility. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Address customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary. Provide product information and promotional updates to customers. Market Intelligence: Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Gather and report market insights to the Area Sales Manager. Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards. Monitor merchandising materials and ensure proper utilization. Implement promotional activities and visibility initiatives in outlets. Reporting & Administration: Track and report stock availability and distribution challenges. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, collections, and new outlet development. Submit daily sales reports, market updates, and route plans. Compliance & Safety: Maintain the company motorcycle in good condition. Ensure safe riding practices and compliance with traffic regulations. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
